ASPARAGUS

Market is weak prices dropping, with plenty of stock. Highest quality is from Mexico. MFC Asparagus is available.

BLUEBERRIES

Stable prices with the majority of stock coming from South America, where seasonal weather is warmer. Good quality, Berries have deep blue, firm skins and flesh is deep purple.

AVOCADOS

Prices are stable with adequate supply. Very good quality: oil content is best in Mexico at this time, creating creamy texture and subtly nutty flavor.

BROCCOLI

Weak prices with plenty of supply from both the Arizona/California desert growing regions and Mexico. Excellent quality: Discoloration is a slight issue.

LEMONS

Higher prices with low stock available, especially 165-count and smaller sizes, until the Southern California coastal season starts.

POTATOES

Prices are increasing despite sufficient stock as February being potatoes lover’s month.
